The Gianluca Bini farm (or Gianluca Bini’s “Podere Casa Piacca” farm) is a small hilly farm, located in the Municipality of Pistoia, Vinacciano, covering four hectares.

The olive groves are cultivated with methods that respect the sustainability of crops and the product, traditional technologies are wisely combined with new ones to create an oil that is strongly influenced by the bond with the territory and centuries-old traditions, but which at the same time benefits from new knowledge.
